The Fitness Center
365 Fitness has three different areas available for you to focus on what is most important to you. There are 30 pieces of cardio equipment available for people looking to lose weight and get into shape, including bikes and stair steppers, as well as The largest free weight area in central Arkansas for people looking to bulk up and tighten their bodies. All memberships to our fitness center and health club have full access to all of the top-of-the-line equipment in our gym.

Aerobics Classes
The third section of our fitness center and health club is our aerobics class area. This is where we teach such popular and effective programs as Zumba®PiYo® and Body Tone. All of our aerobics classes are available multiple times throughout the day and week to help accommodate almost any schedule. We have our instructor that has a true passion for fitness and is available to assist you with the most basic beginner's classes as well as more advanced programs. We welcome all of our members, young and old, to learn just how effective our aerobics classes are to getting you looking good and feeling better.
